Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and organise workload. Cross and up sell.
  • Self-starter with tenacity and resilient.
  • Generating own leads. Achieving the sales targets set for new accounts acquisition and development of existing accounts within the sales territory.
  • Pursue and develop sales opportunities including sales visits, product presentations, proposals and negotiations, closing of sales and involvement of after sales service delivery throughout the entire implementation processes.
  • Manage existing accounts professionally by continually developing the accounts through profitable business propositions..
  • Be a Pro-active and overall team playerby working closely with other team members to ensure that overall company objectives are met develop individual selling strategy designed to generate sales and ensure attainment of 100% sales target for assigned products.
  • Promote & sell products, services and solutions through direct contacts. Deliver sales presentations to the customer, senior management and demonstrate products. Recommed the best Products/services.
  • Identification, research and successful closing of new business prospects and opportunities.
  • Monitor and plan own sales activity regularly update the sales pipeline accordingly. Manage and generate targeted lists that increase the probability of sales.
  • Proactively monitor the industry trends, competitive environment, climate players, distribution and issues to make recommendations regarding sales strategy of specific events.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and manage workload.

Preferred candidate profile

* A minimum of 3 yerars of exeperience in B2B sales.

* Our Products: Networking, Cybersecurity solutions and IT hardware products proven track record of achieving sales tragets

* Excellent Communication , Interpersonal & Presentation skills.

* Ability to lead and manage multiple projects & prioritries.

* Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or related field.

* Strong analyticals and problem - solving skills.

* Ability to work Independently and in a team environment.
