We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to spearhead sales efforts for our cutting-edge CPaaS, Conferencing, Voice Drop, SMS, WhatsApp, and Contact Center solutions. Minimum 35 years of experience in solution sales, with a focus on CPaaS, conferencing, or contact center solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CPaaS technologies and cloud communication tools is a significant advantage.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional proficiency in Local language i.e. Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, or Malayalam is a plus based on region).
Tools & Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM systems; knowledge of AI tools for lead tracking and data analysis is a bonus.
Sales Acumen: Proven success in lead generation, account management, and closing high-value deals.
Client Focus: Strong empathy and relationship-building skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter mindset.
Empathy and adaptability to build meaningful client relationships.
