Demand Manager - Holiday & Tour Package Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:

    Drive the sales of holiday and tour packages by generating demand across all assigned regions (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Indore, Ahmedabad).
  • Demand Generation:

    Develop and implement strategies to drive leads, ensure conversion, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive tailored travel solutions that meet their preferences and budget.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor the latest market trends and competitor offerings to position our packages effectively.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the tour packages.
  • Reporting:

    Regularly track sales performance and generate reports to present to senior management.
  • Brand Promotion:

    Assist in promoting the companys holiday and tour packages through various channels, both online and offline.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or demand management, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of holiday and tour packages, including various destinations, itineraries, and related services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for travel and a deep understanding of customer preferences in the travel and holiday segment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Indore, or Ahmedabad is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation Mandatory

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, demand generation, or similar roles in the travel industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and other tools for reporting and tracking performance.
