Job Summary:

Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for IT services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and long-term client retention.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Address client concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Requirements:

• Domain Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, and digital transformation.

• Sales & Negotiation Skills:

  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Client Management:

  Experience handling large enterprise clients with complex IT needs.

• Communication & Presentation Skills:
