Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients across various industries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-6 years' experience in B2B sales or related field (ad sales, digital sales, media sales).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of b2b sales principles, including negotiation techniques and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
