Manage and grow relationships with Modern Trade (MT) partners and retail chains.
Drive sales targets, category growth, and profitability for assigned accounts.
Plan and execute joint business plans (JBPs), trade promotions, and visibility initiatives.
Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market presence.
Ensure product availability, in-store branding, and planogram compliance.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution.
Track sales performance, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with leadership.
Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing MT accounts.
Passion for agri-based and sustainable food products is a plus.
