Key Accounts Manager

🔑 Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism and urgency
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support revenue growth
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and gather feedback
✅ Requirements:
  • 1+ year experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or corporate client coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
