We focus on operational efficiency, quality service, and lasting client relationships. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to lead a team of back-office professionals while serving as the primary point of contact for our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and internal quality standards. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between Bee Team India and assigned U.S. clients, ensuring excellent client relationship management. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of back-office associates working across functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Scheduling, Contract Management, and Job Costing. Coordinate with internal quality and operations teams to maintain service accuracy and adherence to client-defined KPIs and SLAs. Handle client calls, daily syncs, and escalation management with professionalism and prompt resolution. Monitor and track team performance metrics and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. Conduct periodic reviews and provide feedback to team members for continuous performance improvement. Ensure documentation, processes, and SOPs are up to date and aligned with client requirements. Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of experience in client servicing or account management in a BPO/KPO setting. Strong understanding of back-office operations; exposure to U.S.-based clients is preferred. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Prior experience managing teams of 5 or more people. Comfortable working and coordinating across time zones. Proficiency with MS Office tools; experience with CRM or ERP systems (like Aspire) is a plus. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Exposure to the landscaping, property management, or field service industries (bonus). Experience with process documentation and SOP development.
