Account Manager

Job Title:

• Act as the primary liaison between Bee Team India and assigned U.S. clients, ensuring excellent client relationship management.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of back-office associates working across functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Scheduling, Contract Management, and Job Costing.
• Coordinate with internal quality and operations teams to maintain service accuracy and adherence to client-defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Handle client calls, daily syncs, and escalation management with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Monitor and track team performance metrics and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Conduct periodic reviews and provide feedback to team members for continuous performance improvement.
• Ensure documentation, processes, and SOPs are up to date and aligned with client requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in client servicing or account management in a BPO/KPO setting.
• Strong understanding of back-office operations; exposure to U.S.-based clients is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience managing teams of 5 or more people.
• Comfortable working and coordinating across time zones.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools; experience with CRM or ERP systems (like Aspire) is a plus.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Exposure to the landscaping, property management, or field service industries (bonus).
• Experience with process documentation and SOP development.
