Job

• Accountable for Talent Acquisition across multiple clients.
• Leading, managing and mentoring team of recruiters.
• Provide leadership to the sourcing process through all related channels of recruitment like vendors, internal referral, jobsites, job fairs, social media platforms and media campaigns.
• Responsible and accountable for the teams target achievements in terms of number of hiring within the required timeliness and budgetary specifications.
• Weekly interaction with Business Heads to handle the hiring demand and also strategize the recruitment need for potential deal wins and create funnel for fulfilment.
• Responsible for monitoring and driving talent acquisition metrics: Offer to Joining ratio, Client Satisfaction.
• Ensuring recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with the defined guidelines.
• Representing recruitment function to all new clients during sales pitch as well as to existing customers to manage any recruitment related queries.
• Manage various branch recruiters and guide the Branch Managers on recruitment related issues and concerns.

Skill Set:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, head hunting
• Target oriented and able to track performance of team.
• Good business understanding.
• Self-motivated and Go-getter attitude.
