Job Description

Role: Key Account Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing business accounts.
  • Drive Fibes Health EMI product across partner networks.
  • Handle both internal and external stakeholder management to drive business growth and new partnerships.
  • Manage Field Officers (FOS) to ensure business deliverables are met.
  • Onboard new partners including hospitals, IVF centers, and eye hospitals.
  • Expand business by acquiring and developing relationships with new hospitals.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Postgraduate with

    5+ years of experience

     in hospital business development.
  • Prior experience in

    health financing

     is essential.
  • Proven track record of managing and building senior client relationships from the ground up.
  • Strong pipeline development capabilities.
  • Must be experienced in all stages of the

    sales and opportunity cycle
