Role and Responsibilities:-

The SRH will be responsible for driving the business in NBFC branches in their respective locations.

The role involves managing the NBFC branch relationships.

Training the partner`s sales force, ensuring the consistent business performance from partner`s branches and gathering market intelligence about other insurance companies.

The SRH must be capable of building good relationship with NBFC partner`s team and ensuring the smooth operations and sustainable growth.

4) Ensuring that NBFC branch operations is going smoothly

5) Competitor & Market intelligence gathering

1) Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills

2) Excellent communication skill in Hindi and English, PPT Presentation and training skill

3) Understanding of Health insurance product, processes and Industry

4) Sales oriented mindset, Personal ownership of the business target

5) Ability to work independently, Plan schedules and manage multiple stakeholders

6) Market awareness and knowledge about insurance industry

1) Achievement of sales target in NBFC branches

2) Frequency and Effectiveness of branch visits and training sessions

4) Growth of insurance penetration in branches assigned
