Job Description

Manage and develop relationships with key B2B e-commerce clients such as wholesalers, distributors, and corporate buyers via online platforms (B2B portals).
Own the full sales cycle from client onboarding, negotiation, contract renewal, and revenue growth.
Develop customized pricing, promotional offers, and product bundles tailored to business customers.
Collaborate with supply chain, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve account profitability.
Negotiate payment terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements with clients.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding the customer base within assigned sectors.
Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and B2B e-commerce platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly and ensure high service standards.
