Job Description

Location Bangalore Experience- Min 8-10 CTC - upto 17 LPA Industry- Electrical Manufacturing Qualification- Any Division- Cable Description: 1. Ideal Candidate should possess experience of 10 to 12 years in Building Segment Projects (Residential Projects, Education & Healthcare, IT/ITes, Office Space, Hospitality etc.). He should have extensive knowledge of customer segments & methodology of doing business in building segment. 2. Candidate should have worked with MEP Consultants for getting brand preference, approvals and specification incorporation for selling in Building Segment projects. He should have knowledge of using TCO Concept (Total Cost of Ownership). 3. Candidate should have knowledge of handling large project deals which may run in multiple phases, should have working knowledge of PMCs and Commercial Terms of business so as to protect organization interests. 4. Candidate should have experience of handling Project Distributors/ Dealers who deal in Electrical product lines of MEP Projects. Candidate having knowledge of leading contractors who undertake turkey projects will be an added advantage. 5. Candidate should be adept in making presentations, adequate knowledge of Leading MEP consultants in the city, smart & agile, should have flair to excel and outperform competition.
