Job Title : Assistant Manager Location : Mumbai Job Description : We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a strong background in accounting and finance, specifically in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, compliance, and automation of accounting processes. Key Responsibilities : Manage the month-end closing process and publish timely monthly MIS reports to management. Assist in the preparation of consolidated quarterly and yearly financial statements, including schedules, notes, and disclosures. Prepare related party transaction reports in accordance with SEBI/Ind AS requirements, MSME reports, and year-end annual report compliance matters. Support the preparation of presentations for various stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, etc., through accurate and timely reporting. Assist in the automation of accounting processes to improve efficiency. Prior experience in finalizing quarterly and year-end accounts is essential. Coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure smooth audit processes. Desired Qualifications & Experience : Qualification : Inter CA or M.Com Experience : 3 to 6 years in accounting/finance Industry Experience : Manufacturing industry experience is a must. Listed entity experience is a plus. Skills : Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage. Other Terms : Preference will be given to male candidates due to stringent timelines and late sittings during high-pressure quarter-end/year-end periods.
