Currently, we are looking for a B2B Sales Account Manager who has a sense of entrepreneurship with a real passion for sports. Profile: An intrapreneur with 1+ year of proven sales experience who is passionate about spreading the benefits of sports, representing Decathlon India. As someone leading this, you will be expected to display the following abilities: Project management to lead the alliances from end to end. Account and multiple vendor management. Core experience in sales/ business development. Demand generation tactics and lead conversion skills. Excellent negotiation skills. High ownership to plan and deliver on the business goals Responsibilities: To envision the Decathlon India Defence project and expand PAN INDIA. To create sustainable partnerships with Defence units PAN India for selling products. Regular India geography study for identifying target Defence units. Account management at the Individual Customer level - Regularly connect with the customer, creating orders, resolving issues and payment recovery (Credit management). Meeting Defence Units PAN India with our proposal. Managing business from onboarding, and product selection to delivery. Sports advice and customer interaction face to face, phone calls and emails.
