As a Key Account Officer in Edtech B2B Sales, you play a critical role in managing and growing key accounts, fostering lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth within the education technology sector. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding the company's customer base, and building strong customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. It is essential to identify and understand the needs and goals of key accounts, actively seek new sales opportunities, and effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions per customers" needs. Strong understanding of CRM software, sales performance metrics, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Your negotiation and problem-solving abilities will be put to the test, along with your analytical mindset to interpret sales data and industry trends. Working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience, handling rejection and objections effectively, and having thorough knowledge of the educational technology landscape and its competitive environment are critical for success in this role.
