Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager Imports at Vegrow, you will be leading the import sourcing of fresh fruits. Your role will involve identifying, developing, and managing international supplier partnerships to ensure quality and timely supply. You should have a deep understanding of importing perishables, especially fruits, and possess strong relationship-building capabilities. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with international suppliers, negotiating pricing and quality specifications in line with Vegrow's business goals, and exploring new sourcing regions and varieties. You will also focus on building import category profitability, monitoring market dynamics, and overseeing the end-to-end supply chain for imports. It is crucial for you to stay updated on global fruit trade trends, pricing, seasonality, and compliance regulations. Your role will require close collaboration with internal teams such as category, sales, finance, compliance, and logistics to ensure alignment on forecasts, pricing, and profitability. Additionally, you should possess at least 7-9 years of experience in fruit or perishable import operations, strong relationship management skills, and a good understanding of North India trading ecosystems.
