Designation: Key Accounts Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Industry preferred: Edible oils or FMCG


Key responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and new opportunities.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling potential; negotiate and close renewals and contracts.
  • Address and resolve client issues swiftly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Track and report on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
