STARTEK is looking for Key Account Manager - Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. A Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for:1 Developing and managing relationships with key customers, with the goal of increasing revenue and customer loyalty 2 Identifying new business opportunities 3 Negotiating contracts and agreements with key customers 4 Collaborating with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met 5 Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement 6 Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues 7 Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition and market changes 8 Achieving sales targets and reporting on sales activities and progress The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, and experience in sales and customer relationship management A deep understanding of the industry and market they are serving is also desirable
