Key Account Manager

As a highly driven and aggressive Key Account Manager with a strong background in the forex trading industry, your primary responsibility will be to manage key client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure high satisfaction levels. You will need to leverage your proven sales track record, understanding of trading clients, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be expected to own and grow relationships with key accounts, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities to support revenue targets, and act as the main contact for client communications and escalations. Developing account plans, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, leading negotiations, renewals, and contract discussions will also be a key part of your role. Monitoring client satisfaction and providing performance reports will help in maintaining high levels of service. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales within the forex trading industry. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Your aggressive and result-oriented approach, along with strong communication, negotiation, and CRM/reporting skills, will be crucial. A deep understanding of financial/trading industry trends and willingness to travel as needed are also required.
