Key Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager based in Gurugram, with some acceptance of work from home. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with customers, developing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing account data, creating and executing account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

• Account Management, Key Accounts, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry is a plus
