Job Title: Key Account Manager Quick Commerce & E-Commerce

Location: Juhu, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Brand: Hullo - Clean, transparent, honest snacks for families.

About the Role:

This is a specialist role for someone who knows the chaos-and-charm of quick commerce and

e-commerce like the back of their hand. You'll manage and grow Hullo's presence across platforms

such as Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart Grocery, and similar verticals. If terms like ROAS,

SOV, fill rate, OTIF, ad-console, and purchase frequency don't scare you we're already friends.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket):

Manage day-to-day operations: listings, pricing, stocks, buy box, promotions.

Ensure OTIF replenishment, dispatches, and order accuracy.

Monitor fill rates and act quickly to avoid delistings.

Coordinate with warehouses, operations teams, and platform category teams.

Revenue & Growth:

Build monthly forecasts and platform-specific growth plans.

Own the P&L for all q-commerce and e-commerce channels.

Track contribution margins, commissions, platform fees, and campaign ROI.

Identify gaps in assortment, pricing, and inventory to unlock incremental sales.

Promotions, Ads & Visibility:

Run AMS, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Promotions, and platform-led visibility campaigns.

Optimize ads for ACoS, ROAS, CPA, and ranking.

Negotiate visibility spots, banner deals, and sampling programs.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track daily sales, returns, platform trends, ratings & reviews.

Monitor competition and pricing.

Provide insights for planning and consumer behaviour.

Relationship Management:

Single point of contact for category teams.

Build strong relationships for better negotiations and approvals.

Manage onboarding of new SKUs and listing hygiene.

Process Excellence:

Maintain documentation accuracy.

Automate stock alerts, pricing parity, and performance checks.

Reduce returns and improve ratings.

Who You Are:

14 years experience managing e-commerce or q-commerce accounts.

Strong analytical skills.

Confident negotiator and communicator.

Detail-oriented and fast execution mindset.

Bonus: Experience with Shopify or D2C tools.
