Key Account Manager (Female)

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager (Female Only) will be responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with modern trade, general trade, and institutional accounts. The role focuses on driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships.

This is a work-from-office role based at our corporate office in Kamla Nagar, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with category heads, buyers, and key decision-makers
• Prepare and implement account-specific sales plans and promotional strategies
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand product presence
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and promotional activities
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of business plans
• Gather market insights and competitor information to support strategic decisions

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales, preferably in FMCG or beverages
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Must be comfortable working full-time from Kamla Nagar, Delhi office
