Key Account Manager

As an Emerging Technologies professional, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong industry connections within the Cosmetics/Beauty category. Your strategic thinking, communication skills, and operational diligence will play a crucial role in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Possess established network & sourcing channels within the Cosmetics/Beauty category, including personal relationships with cosmetic brands. - Demonstrate channels and strategies for proactively reaching out to and engaging new potential suppliers in the sector. - Base every decision regarding supplier selection, onboarding prioritization, and performance evaluation on robust data analysis. - Maintain a data-driven approach and an entrepreneurial mindset. Qualifications Required: - Deep expertise and immersion in the beauty, cosmetics, and personal care category are non-negotiable. - Must be willing to work on-site at one of India's top coworking spaces in Delhi NCR; daily remote work is not an option for this role. - Strong desire for significant career progression and impact, rather than solely focusing on a salary hike. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the Country Head and other senior positions within the organization.
