Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic

Key Account Manager

to manage and strengthen our university partnerships in a designated region. The role involves regular university visits, relationship-building with key stakeholders, and overseeing the smooth execution of our programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, student engagement, and ensuring seamless coordination between the university and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with university officials, faculty, and administration.
Conduct regular visits to partner universities to ensure smooth program execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for university stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing necessary support.
Oversee student enrollment processes and address queries related to our programs.
Coordinate on-ground activities, events, and promotional initiatives to drive engagement.
Monitor and report operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution.
Work closely with internal teams to improve collaboration and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with university guidelines and maintain documentation for all engagements.

Requirements:

Experience:
1+ years in account management, or university relations (preferably in the edtech or education sector).
Education:
Bachelors or Master s degree in Business Administration with experience in college festival / program management
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability.
Travel:
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Preferred:

Experience in university collaborations, admissions, or student engagement.
