Key account manager/ Business development manager

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary focus will be on serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution. It is crucial to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
