Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary focus will be on serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely resolution. It is crucial to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Monitoring account performance, gathering feedback, and providing recommendations for improving service delivery are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, and design) to meet client needs. - Prepare and present reports on account metrics, sales performance, and client feedback. - Identify and generate new leads and opportunities for IT website services. - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market reach. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitable terms. - Build strong relationships with prospects, partners, and other stakeholders in the industry. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Key Accounts Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the IT or website services industry. - Strong understanding of website design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels. - Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,
