Job Description

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts • Identify and meet with key decision-makers at our customers' organizations • Understand our customers' business and supply chain needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond quickly to any concerns or issues • Collaborate with our sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure we deliver on our promises to customers • Analyze customer data and provide insights to internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers that demonstrate the value of our services and solutions • Manage contract negotiations and renewals • Continually assess customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Travel to customer sites as needed to maintain and strengthen relationships
