Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join CL Media. The role involves managing and growing key client relationships, primarily with Colleges and Universities, driving revenue through strategic account management, and delivering impactful digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and client relationships with Colleges and Universities within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through account mining, upselling, and cross-selling by maintaining continuous client engagement.
  • Assess client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign execution closely and analyze performance to ensure delivery excellence and ROI.
  • Build and maintain multi-level relationships with key stakeholders including Counselors, Marketing Managers, Admissions Heads, Marketing Heads, Chairpersons, Deans, Vice Chancellors, and Admission Directors.
  • Conduct regular data analysis, performance reviews, and business review meetings to ensure optimal campaign outcomes and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive targeted brand building and digital presence enhancement for clients using tools and channels such as SEMrush, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and advertising through CL Media portals.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in managing large accounts and successfully closing high-value deals.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior management and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to think on the spot and effectively address client queries and objections.
