Job Description

Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the 

    primary contact

     for key customers, driving strong relationships and trust.
  • Actively assist Management in commercial pursuit of large customers
  • Manage the 

    end-to-end commercial and operational cycle

    —from sales opportunity identification to closure.
  • Take 

    full P&L ownership

     for assigned customers, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally (operations, finance, customer service, and partners) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Define and monitor 

    KPIs

    , ensuring commitments are met and exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for 

    growth, cross-selling, and up-selling

     within existing accounts.
  • Resolve escalations quickly while maintaining service excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 

    freight forwarding / logistics industry

     (mandatory).
  • Strong 

    commercial acumen

     with hands-on 

    operational knowledge

    .
  • Solid track record of 

    managing key accounts and delivering growth

    .
  • Ability to balance 

    strategic thinking with tactical execution

    .
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage 

    customer-level P&L

    .
