Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Formulating the brand strategy - Planning, management, social integration, online strategy, and KPI driven campaign roadmaps.
  • Innovations with campaigns/new technologies.
  • Management of the media spend for digital media and engagement.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, Analytics, and Digital Media Planning.
  • Management of websites - Concept, design, and development.
  • Experience in working with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Day-to-day planning and managing multiple jobs in order to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Team building and performance management, problem identification and resolution.
  • Experience in team handling.
  • Analyze digital campaigns.
  • Should travel for client meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and Strategy.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Experience with customer service and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
