About Barosi:

Barosi is an authentic food brand, celebrating Bharat and India through its products like Ghee, Honey, Oil, Pickles, etc. and stories. We are seeking a Quick Commerce Associate to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a knack for creative product positioning, and excellent coordination abilities to manage advertising spends effectively within the budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase the sales of non-ghee products across assigned quick commerce platforms.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
Collaborate with platform teams (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket) to enhance product visibility and ranking.
Understand platform-specific algorithms and leverage them to boost product performance.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, offers, and bundling, to attract customers.
Analyze the impact of promotional activities and optimize for better ROI.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize advertising spend on quick commerce platforms.
Ensure that ad budgets are utilized effectively to maximize reach and conversion.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Use insights to refine product positioning and promotional strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams, platform POCs, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with the management team.

Requirements:

Strong sales and marketing acumen.
Knowledge of quick commerce platforms and their operations.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive results.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
