Key Account Manager – Solutioning

You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to craft solutions that address client challenges, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client objectives and translate them into

  scalable SaaS-based solutions

  .
• Partner with Sales to

  develop proposals, demos, and solution blueprints

  during enterprise deal cycles.
• Engage with senior business and functional stakeholders to define success metrics and implementation plans.
• Work closely with internal technical and product teams to align on solution architecture and delivery feasibility.
• Support the account team in upselling and cross-selling initiatives through

  strategic solution presentations

• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring the proposed solution drives measurable business impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience in

  Solution Consulting, Enterprise Account Management, or Pre-Sales

  in SaaS / Tech products.
• Strong business acumen and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to conduct

  discovery discussions

  and identify client pain points.
• Experience in preparing solution decks, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and technical teams.
