Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python. Distributed Systems: Experience with distributed messaging systems and real-time data processing. Microservices Architecture: Understanding of microservices and event-driven systems. Data Serialization: Knowledge of data serialization formats like Avro, Protobuf, or JSON.
