Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Junior US IT Recruiter. The Junior US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for IT positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. Other tasks include managing candidate databases, maintaining relationships with candidates, and staying updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Understanding of the hiring process and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
