Junior US IT Recruiter

You will be joining MapIT Solutions Group, a national staffing company with over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. As a Junior US IT Recruiter based in Vadodara, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting along with prior experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting. A solid understanding of the hiring process and best practices is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will aid in effectively interacting with candidates and hiring managers. Your ability to work independently as well as part of a team, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills, will be key to your success. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required for this position. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be beneficial. Additionally, tasks such as managing candidate databases, maintaining candidate relationships, and staying abreast of industry trends will also fall within your purview.
