Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior US IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The role involves sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting senior recruiters to meet hiring targets.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen IT candidates using job portals and LinkedIn
• Understand US IT requirements and match suitable profiles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate data in ATS.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with good communication skills
• Willingness to work US shifts - (Night Shift)
• Basic knowledge of IT roles
• Strong interest in recruitment and staffing

Preferred:

• Exposure to US IT recruitment or staffing
• Knowledge of US visas.
