Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals for contract and full-time roles across the US market. Freshers with a passion for recruitment and experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Understand client requirements (W2, C2C, 1099 roles) and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines
• Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Negotiate rates and follow up on interview feedback and onboarding processes
• Maintain reports and update the ATS regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Understanding of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome

Preferred Qualifications (for experienced candidates):

• Proven track record of successful placements
• Experience working with direct clients or prime vendors
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva)
