Junior Technology Support Analyst

is an important entry-level role within the TOC. Juniors act as the

first point of contact

for technology support, assisting with routine issues, monitoring alerts, and fulfilling service requests. This role provides an opportunity to learn across a wide range of technologies while contributing to the smooth operation of our services.
Junior Analysts work closely with senior analysts, developing their knowledge and skills through hands-on experience, guided learning, and structured processes. Over time, they will progress from handling straightforward tasks to supporting more complex monitoring and incident management activities.

Specifically, the role of the Junior Technology Support Analyst involves

:
  • Logging and triaging incidents reported in ServiceNow.
  • Monitoring critical services and escalating observed issues.
  • Providing first-line support for back-office issues.
  • Fulfilling service requests according to documented processes.
  • Taking ownership of initial troubleshooting steps and documenting findings for efficient escalation
  • Learning to document processes and create simple knowledge base articles.
  • Participating in team training sessions and developing towards technical specialization.
