Junior Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications to join our Support Team. The Junior Support Engineer will assist hospital clients in using our software, resolve technical queries, and ensure smooth operations of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide first-level support for our Hospital Management Software.
• Understand client-reported issues and escalate them appropriately when required.
• Guide users through application features and troubleshoot minor technical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the implementation and development teams for issue resolution.
• Learn and continuously update knowledge of the product and healthcare workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: Freshers welcome. Training will be provided.

• Problem-solving and adaptability.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge.
• Work Environment: Office-based role with occasional client-site support visits.
