Role Description:
As a Junior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient implementation of our products and solutions, ensuring timely deployment and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our technical and sales teams to deliver customized solutions and support our clients throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of products and solutions following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Support senior engineers in creating project plans tailored to each customer, outlining tasks and milestones for product installation.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Participate in customer training sessions to educate users on product functionalities and best practices.
  • Document all customization details and configurations for each customer, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the product management team by providing feedback on customer requests and issues encountered during implementation.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate upgrades or solutions based on their requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure management and information security principles.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Unix/Linux, Windows, and Mac, as well as virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as React JS, Node JS, or Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to challenges.
