We’re known for our bubble tea, vibrant café vibe, and signature items like hand-pulled noodles, custard brioche, and onigiri. Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Assistant Chef to support the Head Chef in the kitchen and also assist with the bar and tea station operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone energetic, organised, and passionate about both cooking and beverage preparation. You’ll help maintain our high-quality standards and contribute to daily operations across departments. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience ; QSR or café background preferred. Experience in Asian cuisine, pastry and tea and coffee-based beverages is highly desirable. Comfortable working in both kitchen (hot food, prep) and bar (tea brewing, toppings etc.). Strong sense of discipline, hygiene, and work ethic . Good communication skills in English ; Tamil speaking preferred. Must be a quick learner , reliable team player, and willing to follow SOPs. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency in MS Office skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing menu items, including noodles, brioche, onigiri, and snacks. Support baristas at the tea counter during peak hours (brewing, toppings, assembling drinks). Ensure food and beverage prep follows all brand SOPs for consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across both kitchen and bar areas. Take part in inventory checking and restocking . Assist in training junior staff or new joiners as directed by the Head Chef. Follow instructions accurately and contribute to a positive team environment .
