'My Incentives' is a b2b, no-code enterprise SaaS product. We automate the end-to-end sales and channel incentive process, typically for large companies with 2,000+ member strong frontline and channel sales teams.

Specifically, we keep our clients' brands and sales top of mind for the sales and channel sales reps via:

• Automating the admin hassle of executing and calculating sales incentives Our sophisticated, real-time engine ingests and transforms the data and calculates incentives in real time
• Gamifying and motivating front line and channel sales teams
• Providing visibility to the regional sales leadership
• Driving zero leakages and zero fraud in incentive payouts

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products. You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end testing of applications and modules, identifying defects, and ensuring that issues are accurately tracked and resolved using defect management tools. A key part of the role involves maintaining well-structured documentation, including test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and status updates.

Responsibilities :

• Assist development team with possible test case scenarios in advance (before the development begins)
• Carry out end-to-end testing of the product/modules
• Maintain structured documentation of the test scenarios, test cases, execution reports
• Carry out cross browser and cross platform testing as and when required by the product
• Effectively maintain bugs in defect tracking tools like Bugzilla, Redmine, etc.
• Take part in business requirements gathering and analysis
• Prepare structure status reports as required by the product

Skills :

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Well versed in the studying of Business Requirements
• Experience in identifying scenarios, preparation of Test Cases
• Knowledge of Execution of Test cases
• Understand the nuances of Cross Browser Design Testing
• Understanding of UI and UX
• Core Competencies in System Testing
• Exposure to Regression Testing & Automation Testing is a plus
• Hands on experience with Bugs tracking tool would be a plus
• Good Documentation and articulation skills
• Good Listening and interpretation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
