Junio r / Senior Inside Sales Engineer Location: - Pune - Vadodara Department: Sales & Proposals Industry: Oil & Gas | Measurement Solutions Experience Level: Junior (1-3 years) Senior (5+ years) Role Overview: We are seeking Junior and Senior Inside Sales Engineers to join our sales team. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals for Metering Skids, Partner Products, Measurement Optimization Solutions, and Service Contracts . Candidates must be adept in tendering processes , proposal preparation, and client interactions. Key Responsibilities: Proposal Preparation: Develop technical and commercial proposals for Metering Skids (Gas & Liquid), Channel Partner Measurement Products, and Measurement Optimization Solutions . Tendering & Bidding: Analyze tenders, prepare competitive bids, and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements. Technical Support: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical clarifications. Cost Estimation: Work with engineering and procurement teams to finalize costing for proposals. Customer Engagement: Assist in pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and follow-ups with clients. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all proposals meet company standards and client requirements. Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Sales, and Project Execution . Requirements: Junior Inside Sales Engineer: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, proposals, or technical sales in the Oil & Gas / Measurement industry . Skills: Knowledge of flow measurement products (Orifice, Ultrasonic, Coriolis, etc.). Experience with tendering processes and proposal documentation. Strong technical and analytical skills. Senior Inside Sales Engineer: Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related). Experience: 5+ years in proposal engineering, inside sales, or tendering for Oil & Gas metering solutions. Skills: Expertise in Metering Skids, Measurement Solutions, and Service Contracts . Strong knowledge of technical & commercial bidding for tenders . Experience in cost estimation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation . Ability to manage multiple proposals and coordinate with external & internal stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with EPCs, Oil & Gas companies, or Metering System Integrators . Knowledge of tendering platforms (GeM, E-Tendering Portals, PSU & Private Bidding Processes) . Exposure to service contracts, AMCs, and metering audits . Why Join Us?
