Junior & Senior Accountant

Location: Lamington Road, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year

Job Overview: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior & Senior Accountants to manage our day to day accounting operations The role involves handling sales and purchase entries billing ledger management, bank reconciliation, and payment follow ups with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Candidates must have hands on experience in Tally and be proficient in MS Excel for preparing and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily sales and purchase transactions in Tally.

• Prepare and manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow ups.

• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.

• Perform Bank Reconciliation and track outstanding balances.

• Prepare and update reports in Excel for management review.

• Support in finalization of accounts under the guidance of senior team members.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely reporting of all accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce accounting finance or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (Tally experience is mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel (reporting, data management).

• Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team oriented with willingness to learn and take responsibility.
