Job Description

As a Junior SaaS Sales Representative at SurveyHeart, you will play a key role in our sales team by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our solutions can benefit their operations. Your primary responsibilities will include market outreach, customer engagement, customer success, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In terms of market outreach, you will be tasked with identifying and researching potential clients through various channels such as online research, social media, and industry events. You will reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our SaaS solutions. Additionally, you will participate in relevant events to generate leads and convert them into clients. For customer engagement, you will connect with existing users to understand their needs, requirements, and pain points. Conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients will also be part of your role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to provide tailored solutions will be crucial, along with collaborating with the sales manager to develop proposals and presentations for clients. In terms of customer success, you will actively engage with customers to understand their business goals and assist them in achieving desired outcomes using SurveyHeart products. You will also assist customers in maximizing the utilization of SurveyHeart products to ensure their success. Ensuring happy customers will be a key focus, where you will maintain regular communication with clients to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Gathering client feedback and collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our products and services will also be part of your responsibilities. You will strive to achieve sustained and higher Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system will also be essential. Any other tasks that improve customer satisfaction and revenue will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with a basic understanding of software applications and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to achieving goals, and prior experience or internships in SaaS sales (though not mandatory) will be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
