Junior Sales Representative

As a Junior Sales Representative at Rukhmani Treasures Pvt. Ltd. for the brand Silvee B2B Silver Jewellery, you will be an integral part of the field sales team. Your primary responsibility will involve visiting jewellery stores, retailers, and potential clients in your assigned area with the objective of converting them into buyers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct daily visits to jewellery stores, wholesalers, and corporate gift vendors - Showcase and explain our product catalogue through physical samples and digital catalogues - Take orders, follow up with clients, and maintain customer relationships - Provide daily progress reports to the sales head - Participate in exhibitions and trade events as and when required - Familiarize yourself with pricing, product range, and key talking points for effective customer conversion **Qualifications Required:** - Comfortable with field visits and regular travel - Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and Marwari for effective regional communication - Confident in communication and product explanation - Basic understanding of sales, jewellery, or retail would be advantageous - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn sales strategies - Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply - Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory As the Junior Sales Representative, you are expected to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, primarily in the field with reporting meetings. The stipend/salary for this position will be based on performance and experience, which can be discussed during the interview process.
