In this role, you will play a crucial part in our field sales team by engaging with jewellery stores, retailers, and potential clients in the Pune, Mumbai, and nearby cities area, with the aim of cultivating lasting relationships and converting leads into valued customers. As a Junior Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include daily visits to various retail outlets, wholesalers, and corporate gift vendors. You will be showcasing and elucidating our diverse product range through a combination of physical samples and digital catalogues. Furthermore, you will be entrusted with the task of securing orders, maintaining follow-ups, and nurturing customer relations. Regular reporting of your day-to-day activities to the sales head will be imperative, ensuring seamless coordination within the team. The ideal candidate for this role should exhibit a high level of comfort with field visits and extensive travel, possess fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and Marwari for effective regional communication, and demonstrate confidence in articulating product features and benefits. While prior experience in sales, jewellery, or retail would be advantageous, freshers and interns are encouraged to apply, provided they showcase a self-motivated attitude and a willingness to grasp sales strategies. Owning a two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory. Working hours for this position are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, spanning from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with on-field activities and periodic reporting meetings.
