Role & responsibilities

• Sales of technical blades for industrial use in India and abroad
• Technical consulting and competent support for an international customer portfolio
• Qualifying and acquiring new customers
• Ensuring sales and margin growth
• Preparation of offers, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
• Analyzing and actively monitoring markets potential, industry trends and competitor activities
• Representing the company at trade shows in India and abroad
• Cross-Site collaboration with our sales team in Germany, Poland and USA

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
• MBA in Sales and Marketing is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical sales, preferably in the industry
• Analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set as well as target-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and high customer and service awareness
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 50% in India and abroad)
• Knowledge of computer based administrative systems (Outlook, Word, Excel), familiarity with ERP and CRM software is a plus
