Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive based in Pune. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets set by the organization. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, communicating the value of services to potential clients, following up on leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role requires proactive engagement with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in client prospecting, lead generation, and driving sales processes to meet targets.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and devising strategic solutions.
  • Proactive and Results-Driven: Highly motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Fluent English Communication.
  • Leads Generation.
  • No field work.
